Home Health - Registered Nurse

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Salary: $64,000 - $74,000 + benefits


The Registered Nurse (RN) provides services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill and provides effective and efficient patient and client care in accordance with applicable law and regulations, accepted standards of nursing practice, payor requirements and Interim HealthCare policies and procedures.


Duties:

Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift

Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: up to $73k + full benefits

We have an immediate opening for a 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor. The schedule M-F 8:00am – 4:00 pm.


As the Maintenance Supervisor you’ll supervise, and coordinate activities of maintenance employees engaged in all phases of plant maintenance and sanitation. Implement a comprehensive maintenance program for plant equipment including preventive maintenance initiatives. Direct a variety of maintenance and repair functions on plant machinery including pumps, electric motors, pneumatic valves, and other associated equipment.


To include the following:

Assist in planning of plant maintenance projects.

Execute plant projects on time and within budget guidelines

Plan and implement a maintenance program for the plant.

Supervise plant repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, welding, etc.

Plan and execute plant sanitation and housekeeping programs for the maintenance department.

Ensure all maintenance actions and programs include and follow appropriate safety procedures.

Write MER’s for equipment purchases needed for the plant, submit them to the Superintendent for approval.

Assist in operational process of plant as needed.


Requirements:

Certified to repair basic 110/220-volt electrical wiring

Certified to repair and maintain instrumentation and low voltage circuits.

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and flowcharts.

Detail oriented – Ability to catch in consistencies and correct errors.

The Navy Account Manager is accountable for identification and qualification of Navy business development opportunities as well as the generation of qualified pipeline growth necessary to meet or exceed the company’s forecast and plan. In addition, this individual will plan and recommend BD and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth.

The Project Manager  is focused on overseeing and facilitating projects and initiatives spanning multiple functional areas. The project manager will lead cross-functional  teams by understanding the various areas that need to be coordinated and using strong communication and organization skills to ensure project success. This individual will work on a variety of projects ranging from school improvements to new custom software implementations. Many projects will work closely with Technology Services.


This individual must clearly demonstrate the ability to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, facilitate team meetings, identify risks, assist in issue resolution and monitor and summarize progress of projects. The ability to show previous successes on large IT projects is preferred.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Compliance Programs:

1. Assist in the administration of the Bank's Consumer Compliance Programs and Compliance Management Program. This includes creating and/or reviewing the Bank’s policies, standards, and procedures based on regulatory changes, internal audits, and/or examinations by regulatory agencies in coordination with the Compliance Officer.
